Return/Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with original tags, seals, or protective covers intact.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@heathydration.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, we recommend returning your product for a refund and placing a new order.

 

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products

  • Perishable or consumable goods

  • Final sale or clearance items

 

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
